At Salvi's, you can. Traditionally in Italy families gather round a table every Sunday and make fresh pasta. Nonna Anna replicates just that in Salvi's fully equipped Italian deli two Sunday nights each and every month!
You will be given a drink upon arrival and then be brought into the fully-equipped Italian deli where the class begins. This will be an immersive experience whilst you are whisked away on an Italian culinary journey. You will be shown techniques on how to make different pasta shapes which you can then take home and cook yourself.
