The sun's out, and Cosy Club has just launched their new Summer menu just in time.
There's herb-crusted salmon with a soft velouté, succulent buttermilk chicken with a free-range egg and truffle, and two new salads worth making room for. A proper Caesar with smoky bacon and roasted chicken, and something brighter, a bulgur wheat, pickled apple, tenderstem broccoli and honey yoghurt dressing number.
Dessert is non-negotiable. Coconut mango, coffee tiramisu, or mascarpone cheesecake with strawberries and white chocolate are all fabulous Summer specials. And when the afternoon starts drifting, the new martini menu is ready. Choose classic, dirty, or with a pickled twist.
